Queen founded Glow & Thrive hub ( G & T Hub) after seeing how neglecting wellness affects health, relationships, and daily life. As a social worker, Queen believes that taking care of your wellbeing is the first step to live a more balanced and fulfilled life.

At Glow & Thrive Hub, we aim to work with community stakeholders to help reduce stress and promote mental wellbeing in our community. We take part in local events, and advocate for wellness in all aspects of life. Our goal is to make a positive impact and help people in our community feel more supported, less stressed, and mentally healthier.

We partner with parents to help teenagers transition into adulthood.
Through guidance, support, and practical life skills, we work together to prepare young people for a healthy, independent, and balanced future.

We aim to collaborate with NDIS providers to support the overall wellbeing of people living with a disability. We also recognise the gap in financial education and wellness support among people living with a disability and are committed to bridge the gap.
